Creativation+ Exhibit Schedule

Below is the schedule for Creativation+ exhibit hours. The Creativation+ Exhibit Hall is open throughout the day for attendees to explore; however there is 1-hour of unopposed exhibit time per day.  Exhibitors and attendees are encouraged to use the open exhibit hall time to network, schedule appointments and meetings.

Please note: we highly recommend you and your team to be available during these times to answer questions from attendees and to interact live in one-on-one conversations and group chat.

Swapcard Access — Log in to Your Virtual Booth

If you have registered your booth staff, you should have received a login email from Swapcard to update your virtual booth! Can’t find your login email? Follow the below instructions:

  • Visit Swapcard 
  • Select "Login"
  • Type in the email address you registered with
  • Select "Forgot Password"
  • An invite will be resent to your email with a unique link for you to sign in


Booth Staff Registration

Register all of your exhibiting staff for Creativation+ that will need access to the virtual platform using the registration link below. All staff must be registered by February 15th in order to gain access to the virtual event. Please make sure you register ALL of your staff at one time.

Virtual Booth Assets

We will be launching the virtual platform, Swapcard, to all exhibitors and sponsors to upload information into their virtual booth the week of February 15. Please review the document below to help you prepare in advance of creating your virtual booth.

Creativation+ Retailer Invitations

As a part of your participation in Creativation+, all exhibitors and sponsors receive a customized discount code that they can distribute to qualified buyers to attend Creativation+ at no cost. You will have a specific allotment that is able to be used depending on your exhibiting package. These codes and allotments were emailed to the primary contact for your company. Please email if you need the information again.

Note: this code should not be used for friends, family, or consumers and should only be used to invite qualified buyers to the event.  This is a way for you to invite your buyers to Creativation+ at no cost to them or you!  After the show, we would be happy to provide you the list of who redeemed your code upon your request. 

Please see the specific step by step instructions below to provide to your customers.

1. Go to and click Register Now

2. Click the green button REGISTER TO ATTEND then log in to your existing AFCI account or create a new account where it says, “Don’t have an account yet? Create an account.” If you already have an existing account and forgot your password, go to “Click here to reset your password.”

3. Once you log in, enter the first and/or last name of the person you want to register, select the record and click NEXT.

4. Fill in responses for the required questions and click NEXT.

5. Please note there is no pre-registration or advance sign up for sessions. You will be able to choose what sessions you want to attend when you receive access to the Creativation+ virtual platform.

6. Continue clicking NEXT until you reach the review page. On the review page, enter the Customer Code you received in the highlighted Promo Code box as shown in the below screenshot and click APPLY.

7. After the discount is applied to your registration, click Submit to complete. A registration confirmation email will be sent.
