Business Seminars and Hands-On Labs
AFCI Business Seminars provide focus on the craft/maker's needs as an owner, salesperson, and marketer. Topics may include topics that business owners need in today's landscape, such as eCommerce, staying relevant and adapting to changing consumer behaviors due to COVID-19.
AFCI Workshops are project-based, hands-on learning opportunities for attendees to test suppliers' product lines and practice craft techniques. Workshops run between 90 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the length needed to complete the project. The types of projects span a multitude of crafting styles including, but not limited to: fine arts, food crafting/edible arts, home décor, jewelry making, mixed media, needlework, paper crafting, party/special occasion, scrapbooking, sewing/quilting/fabric arts, DIY, and more.
